Besakih Temple Tour is a tour to visit Besakih, the biggest temple in Bali. Besakih temple complex built on the balance of nature in the concept of Tri Hita Karana, where the setting is adjusted based on the direction of the wind so that the structure can represent nature as the symbolism of their balance. Each one-each direction of the wind is called a mandala with the god of the so-called “Gods Chess Lokapala” where the central mandala as its axis, so that the fifth mandala manifested into “Panca Dewata”.
On the way to Besakih, there are several places of interest will be visited like Kertha Gosa, The Klungkung Palace. The Klungkung Palace, officially Puri Agung Semarapura, is a historical building complex situated in Semarapura, the capital of the Klungkung Regency (kabupaten) on Bali, Indonesia. The palace (puri) was erected at the end of the 17th century, but largely destroyed during the Dutch colonial conquest in 1908. Today the basic remains of the palace are the court of justice, the Kertha Gosa Pavilion, and the main gate that bears the date Saka 1622 (AD 1700). Within the old palace compound is also a floating pavilion, the Bale Kembang. The descendants of the rajas that once ruled Klungkung today live in Puri Agung, a residence to the west of the old palace, which was built after 1929.
Besakih Temple is located in bevel side southwest of Agung Mount and it is consisted of many temples with each temple building owns the meaning and function as according to belief of Balinese Hindu.
